Thrive Physiotherapy provides specialist physiotherapy through home and community visits across South East London, Kent, and Central London.
Children and Young People
Specialist paediatric physiotherapy for children and young people with neurodisability, neurological conditions, and developmental delay. Includes EHCP assessments and provision, sensory-informed therapy, and specialist infant massage.
Adults
Home-based neurological rehabilitation, post-surgery recovery, and falls prevention for adults and older adults. Delivered in your own home across South East London and Kent.
Organisations
Physiotherapy provision, compliance training, and specialist support for schools, colleges, care settings, councils, and NHS services. Commissioned sessional blocks and ongoing provision.
Legal and Case Management
Ongoing physiotherapy for case-managed clients, and independent expert witness reports for solicitors. These are separate services: for any individual case we provide one or the other, never both.
EHC plans and physiotherapy provision
Physiotherapy named in Section F of an EHC plan is legally enforceable provision. We deliver EHCP physiotherapy provision in schools, colleges, and at home for children and young people up to 25, with termly outcome measurement and annual reporting for review.
